The Certification Structure
International Automotive Task Force (IATF): The International Automotive Task Force is basically an ad hoc’ group of automotive manufacturers together with their representative trade associations. International Automotive Oversight Bureau (IAOB): This is one of the five offices that were created by the IATF to oversee certification bodies that issue certificates and carry out the audit exercise. The IOAB is oversight of Intertek.
